Endless passion.
Special moments in time.
Photography allows me to slow down and focus on the details. Whether I'm in the studio or on location, I'm always searching for the balance of light, composition and texture that transforms a simple subject into a compelling image. That pursuit of craftsmanship continues to inspire every project I take on.

More about me
I’m Neil Hurley
Commercial Photographer
Based in Dublin
I've always believed that great photography begins long before the camera comes out.
It's about paying attention. To light. To texture. To the way a surface catches a reflection, or how a simple arrangement of objects can tell a story. The details most people overlook are often the ones that make an image memorable.
For more than two decades I've specialised in still life, food and commercial photography, working with agencies, designers and brands to create imagery that doesn't simply showcase products—it gives them presence. Whether photographing luxury fashion, handcrafted food, interiors or everyday objects, my approach remains the same: understand what makes something worth looking at, then build an image that lets it speak for itself.
Commercial photography is a collaboration. Every project brings together creative directors, stylists, producers, designers and clients, all working towards a shared vision. I enjoy that process as much as the final photograph. The best work happens when experience, curiosity and trust come together.
While technology continues to evolve, the fundamentals haven't changed. Good light, careful composition, patience and craftsmanship will always matter. My role is to combine those timeless principles with the practical demands of modern advertising, creating images that work across campaigns, packaging, digital platforms and print.
I'm fortunate to have worked with international brands alongside many of Ireland's finest creative agencies and producers. Every assignment, whether it's a single product or a large-scale campaign, deserves the same attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Photography has given me the opportunity to spend a career making people stop, look and notice. I still find that as rewarding today as when I first picked up a camera.
